You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipment for a full refund. Once your order has entered the shipping process, it can no longer be canceled. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately with your order number. Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 3-5 business days and credited back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to reflect this transaction in your account.
We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
